DownEast Customer Testimonials, Customers Love DownEast

One of my favorite things is being out and about and actually seeing women wearing DownEast Basics clothing and accessories. I love knowing that our fun, fashionable and affordable styles are being worn “with style” by our very best models – our happy and loyal customers!

In fact, the most rewarding part of my job is hearing from fans of our clothing – learning about their shopping experiences with us, what DownEast styles they like most and what they hope to find in our next catalog.

With this in mind, I want to start sharing some of the great comments we get from shoppers right here on our blog. The following was emailed to us from “J Britnee”, and she included a very cute photo!

We pride ourselves on our fashion-conscious and friendly salespeople, and it’s always exciting to hear that our customers are getting great service!

I just got a HUGE order of Down East Basics Clothing for Christmas! I love everything! I tell my Seattle Friends about it all the time Pretty sure there are a few more items I want

LOVE LOVE Downeast!! I have a closetfull of t’s and cami’s. Would love to see skirts an inch or two longer and a-line. Are you bringing back the Cabana this spring? I have 3 and they are my favorite go-to skirts.

I also LOVE Downeast! I love the undershirts, and how long they are! I also would like to see the skirts made for taller women. One shirt I love which I am not sure the name of it, but it has the ruffles in the bust area, when I was visiting my daughter in Vegas, she had purchased one that was in sort of a sage or olive type green that I loved, but didn’t see it in my store when I got home. Would hope to find that, but I like to go check things out every once and a while. I especially Love how affordable the undershirt are…will be a customer for life!

I think it’s great that customer J. Britnee can call her local store and the manager picks outfits for her. That is true customer service. I wish I had a local store near me. I think you guys are doing a great job.

I agree with Sallie. I love your stuff, but I would love it more if the hemlines were just a little longer.

I bought the eye candy cardigan (among others) a while back. It’s a favorite, for sure. I’ve not always been one to venture into patterns with my basics, but I’m SO into it now! I would love, love to see repeat patterns show up on your basics & fashion tops. Seriously. Chevrons and classic herring bone details would be mesmerizing.

Where did the maternity line go?!?! I LOVED wearing my DownEast maternity tees during and after my pregnancy. I was wanting to buy a ton more for my next pregnancy. I hope it comes back!!!

I love the layering basics of course. I had a ton of Downeast stuff on my Christmas wishlist and unfortunately received none of it. Boo hoo. I did receive some stuff from Dress Barn. Really?! Love the denim line! The pockets are such cute bum decor! I also love all the new accessories: flower headbands, beaded necklaces, bags. I feel a shopping trip coming on!
